It doesn’t matter how complex the dilemma, or how deep the disturbance. We guide our clients to connect with their own dormant insight and energy, to find their own clarity of intention and purpose — and discover a deep inner knowing of the way to generate their desired outcomes.
Our clients walk away from their unproductive and unsatisfying states, leap beyond self-imposed limitations, and soar towards a vision that is bigger and bolder than anything they ever saw before.
Work is more fun than it was two years ago. And, people want to come to work and want to solve problems and want to create the next new thing for the organization.vp operations

Before we worked with Ron, in three years we did not release one new product. Since working with Ron, in 12 months we’ve released three new game-changing technologies. That’s a huge accomplishment in such a short time!COO Global Hi-tech firm
Our leadership was not onboard with the vision and intent of our proposed change. Not addressing this would have affected our ability to achieve the results we intended with the change. Since working with Ron, we’ve seen 100% shift. The leaders are onboard and talking about the change. The organization has an increased level of energy, happiness, and engagement around the change. And we’re executing the change against the strategy we designed.

Since childhood, Ron has woken from a recurring dream: a dream where he stands, then walks, then runs, then effortlessly leaps and flies— soaring above the earth. He recently realized that this dream represents his life passion: helping others to stand up, move forward, then leap, then fly, then soar.
Ron has developed a unique depth and breadth of 32 years’ experience, continuous learning, and professional development that he brings to individuals, teams, and organizations in helping them discover their untapped brilliance and latent wisdom - Coaching for enhanced Leadership, Team & Organizational Performance, fostering professional growth and greater personal satisfaction
Ron offers counsel to leaders and teams to become strong, agile, flexible, and adaptive, demonstrating the convictions, competencies, and connections required to lead in times of rapid & complex change.
Ron coaches senior leaders to define & articulate compelling, strategic business possibilities, enabling leaders to then create the conditions which engage key stakeholders, and unleash the human passion, competencies & capabilities within the organization to earn the respect of customers, and establish a credible, successful presence in the marketplace.
His emphasis has been upon developing the capacity for growth, enabling change, being a catalyst for learning, and engaging the human intellectual, creative, and emotional energies necessary to transform and migrate to higher levels of performance - helping leaders boost engagement levels, and create a more motivated workforce to enhance performance and stimulate necessary business outcomes.

For teams and organizations, getting to a new and clear vision is essential. But then you need to convey that vision to the team or the organization — or to your partners, prospects, or customers. Without a laser-focused approach to conveying your new vision, your hard-won clarity can get muddy. Kathryn is our Story ShapeShifter. Her methodology, The HERO Method, does for business communications what box office hits have done for the film industry. She uses the same ancient bones of story that Star Wars, Avatar, the Matrix — and even Schindler’s List — were created from. Instead of using them to create movie scripts that audiences pay good money to go see over and over again, Kathryn uses these ancient bones of story to share a team’s or organization’s new vision.
For internal communications, Kathryn shape shifts the old story into a new and exciting one. Conveying the clarity of the vision, these stories encourage people to step onto the new path, adopt the re-aligned direction, and advance the New Aim. Everyone gains a new, deep sense of purpose, and feels energized to contribute their innovative ideas and actions.
For external communications, Kathryn shines a light on your new vision for prospects and customers. By creating content that deepens relationships, inspires and motivates, your audience will move themselves in the desired direction — and you’ll generate more response and revenue.
Creatively, Kathryn has written an award-winning historical fiction novel, The Journey, and is an award-winning artist. She is a licensed fitness instructor with a Brown Belt in Nia. Kathryn loves feeding her mind and body with books that expand her horizons — and with a daily meditation and movement practice. Oh, and she adores cats.
